The temperature controlled room

We have two temperature controlled rooms.
Sake can be cooled or warmed to be at precisely the right temperature.
You can come in there and take any sakes.

This is where we keep the sake after receiving it from the brewer.
It changes every 3 months in accordance with the season. Some sakes have been in the room up to ten years.
Please drop in and ask to try same.
